A Value-Stream Mapping Workshop

A Learning Solution from LEI The Lean Enterprise Institute developed the contents of this guide to enhance learning. The structure of the modules in the guide matches the learning structure used in class. Room is provided so people can draw value-stream maps and an operator balance chart along with the instructor. All the instructor’s overheads are included in each module. Modules begin with a page showing the learning framework of where students are in the course content, what they’ve covered, and what comes next. They end with a short quiz to check and reinforce understanding.
